If you are not receiving mail at your Virtual Office, you may need to set up a mail transfer with USPS.
- Go to USPS to change your address online.
- You will need a credit or debit card and a valid email address. There is a $1.10 identity verification fee.
- Once complete, you will receive an email confirming the change.
Please note: You don't need to pay a separate company to change your address with USPS. If you have questions or concerns, contact your local post office and request the Mover’s Guide packet. Fill out PS Form 3575 and leave it with your post office.
Once you have completed the form, you should receive a confirmation letter at your new address within five business days.
