What happens after my dispute is resolved?

Once your billing dispute has been fully reviewed and resolved, your account will return to normal standing. If the dispute results in an adjustment, such as a refund, credit, or corrected charge, you’ll receive confirmation of the outcome, along with any relevant updates to your billing history or balance.

At that point, no further action is typically required on your part and your regular billing and account services will continue as usual. If the resolution involved any changes to your account or service plan, those will also be clearly communicated.
