What happens after I sign up and pay for my Virtual Office?

Here is what to expect after you sign up, from payment until your mail service is active.

Step 1: Payment and confirmation. Right after you pay, you receive a confirmation email with a link to fill out your PS Form 1583.

Step 2: Fill out your PS Form 1583. You can complete it whenever you are ready. The next step starts as soon as you finish.

Step 3: Notarization. Once your form is complete, we send you a link to notarize it. The notarization is done by video call and takes about 15 minutes.

Step 4: Business center approval. After your notarization is complete, we send your information to your business center for approval.

Step 5: Address Certification Letter and mail activation. Once the center accepts you, we email your Address Certification Letter as a PDF and your mail service becomes active.

How long does setup take? It mostly depends on how quickly you complete your PS Form 1583 and the notarization. The sooner you finish both, the sooner your address and mail service are ready. If you have questions about your setup, call us at 800-775-5715.
