What are the subscriber agreement cancellation terms?

Virtual Offices and some Coworking plans are subject to an initial 6-month term, followed by a month-to-month renewal basis.

You can cancel after 6 months with one full month's notice.

A cancellation request must be submitted through your online portal. An email or a call is not considered a valid cancellation request. Only through your online portal will you be able to submit a cancellation request. You can do so by following these steps: 

  1. Go to your Alliance Virtual Offices online portal.
  2. Type in your email and password to log in.
    1. The email address is the one you used to open your account with Alliance.  
    2. The password can be reset on our login page if needed.  
  3. Once logged in, go to the left side of the page and click on “Request Cancellation.”
  4. Fill out the form.  


Once the form has been submitted, a ticket will be created for our Support team to help handle your request – you will receive confirmation within 24 hours with the exact cancellation date according to your Subscriber Agreement.  

Please submit your cancellation request form one full calendar month before the 1st of the month you would like to cancel. For example, if you submit your cancellation notice on August 20th, it will be canceled effective September 30th. 

The account may not be canceled before the end of your 6-month agreement.
All other Alliance services (including Virtual Phone and Live Receptionist) are provided on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with one full month's notice.
