What is a ‘Preferred Center’ and is my center eligible?

Alliance’s Preferred Centers program recognizes centers that consistently meet internal standards of excellence, maintain high quality mail management, and exceed client expectations.

To be eligible for the Preferred Centers program, centers must meet the following criteria: 

  • Excellent Service: The center should consistently provide outstanding services and streamlined mail management to our mutual clients, ensuring a positive experience. 
  • Delivered by Alliance: Preferred Centers must notify clients of mail through our time saving mail notification system, Delivered by Alliance, at least once per week. This is provided at no cost, and will increase your revenue through client retention.
  • Partnership: We highly value centers that actively nurture and prioritize our partnership, foster a collaborative working relationship and uphold our partnership agreement

 

How do centers benefit from Preferred status? 

The objective of the Preferred Centers Program is to encourage clients to sign up at these designated locations. By meeting the criteria, centers with Preferred status will: 

  • Gain increased visibility in the top group of their location listing page along with a ‘Preferred Center’ badge that instils trust and confidence in prospective clients. See an example here 
  • Increase client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue by providing high quality services and efficient mail management. 
  • Streamline staff workflow by utilizing Delivered, Alliance’s mail notification software, which reduces mail check calls and reduces mail management time. Staff time can be redeployed on other high impact services.

 

What is Delivered by Alliance? 

Delivered by Alliance is a free mail notification tool that informs clients when they have received mail, eliminating the need for mail check calls. 

It is proven to save time and reduce distractions for center staff, while increasing client satisfaction and loyalty.
