No. You don't need to learn any new tools or systems. We've built a system and partnered with Syncaroo to leverage your existing inventory management system. As soon as we’re connected to your system, prepaid bookings will start flowing directly into your calendar. - I rarely got any bookings before... what's changing?
We're making it faster and easier for clients to book through our online platform and mobile app. At the same time, we're heavily investing in marketing your meeting rooms and driving more business to your center. - The current process works just fine. Why change it?
Our meeting room team will continue to help clients with their bookings over the phone or online. However, many of our clients now prefer to book quickly through an app or website with instant confirmation. By connecting with your existing inventory management system, we can get more people into your space faster, and with less effort on your part. - How long does it take to sync?
It takes around 15 minutes to set up the sync. - Will the sync interfere with my calendar or management system?
No. Think of our platform as a window onto your availability. It reads what’s open and, when a client books, it reserves that time for you. Your system still runs exactly as before, and you can block rooms or adjust availability anytime. Nothing else is affected. - Is there a cost to integrate my system?
