Yes, you can change your company name at any time.
We will require a new notarized CMRA form with the updated company name.
Contact support@alliancevirtualoffices.com or 800-775-5715 to request a pre-filled CMRA form. You can notarize the new form through our online notary service for $25.00 (this will be added to your next Alliance invoice).
Alternatively you can use your own notary service. Please contact us to request your pre-filled CMRA form by email.
We will update your company name as soon as we receive the notarized CMRA form, so you can start receiving mail as soon as possible.
