Can someone else pick up mail from my Virtual Office on my behalf?

Yes, you can nominate another person (or people) to collect your mail.

To add an authorized mail pick-up person, please send the following information to support@alliancevirtualoffices.com:

  • The person's name
  • The date/time they will collect mail
  • Scanned copy of their photographic ID.

Please ensure this person brings photographic ID when collecting your mail.
