The usage of minutes within your plan is calculated in seconds. It is timed from the moment the call is answered by your receptionist to the time the call is finished.
The finish time is either when the receptionist hangs up or when the call is forwarded to you.
You are not charged for the ringing time before the call is answered by the receptionist.
