To port in your number(s), you'll need to provide both proof of ownership and your porting PIN.
The porting PIN (also called a transfer PIN or account PIN) is a security code issued by your current phone provider. It’s required to authorize the release of your phone number so we can transfer it to our service.
You can usually request this PIN by:
- Logging into your phone provider’s online account portal
- Contacting their customer support
- Using their app (if available)
Next, please send us the following items to begin the porting process:
1. Your most recent phone bill or invoice showing:
-
Your full name
-
Billing address
-
Phone service provider
-
Account number
-
The phone number(s) you wish to port
If your provider doesn’t issue a bill, a screenshot of your online account showing these details is also acceptable.
2. Your porting PIN
3. A completed Letter of Authorization
All three items are required in order for us to submit the port request on your behalf.
*If your number is provided by Google, follow these steps to obtain the PIN and to have the number released by Google.
