How can I port my existing phone number to my new Connected account?

Porting your number, which means transferring your existing number from a different phone provider to Alliance, is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

1. To port in your number(s), you'll first need to prove ownership of the number(s). Simply send us your most recent phone bill or invoice showing your full name, billing address, phone service provider, phone number, and account number. 

  • If your service provider does not provide an invoice or bill, provide a screenshot of your online account showing your service provider and the number you're trying to port.

2. Some service providers provide a "porting PIN." Contact your current provider to obtain this PIN number.

  • If your number is provided by Google, follow these steps to obtain the PIN and to have the number released by Google. 

3. Fill out and sign this Letter of Authorization

4. Send an email to support@alliancevirtualoffices.com with the attachments. Here's a template you can use:

 

Subject: "Port-in Request"

Body:

"Hello,

I want to port my existing number to my Connected account with Alliance. The number I wish to port is (XXX) XXX-XXXX, and the PIN Number is XXXXX. I have attached the following documents:

1. Invoice

2. Letter of Authorization

Thank you."
