How can I make outbound calls from my Virtual Phone?

To place outbound calls from your Virtual Phone, please download the EVO app to your smartphone. It is available for iOS and Android. 

To get your login credentials, please log in to your admin panel on a desktop or laptop computer select " Virtual Phone" and follow the instructions below. 

Select the option 'Users' to see your extension and click on edit. 

Select the 'Edit' icon.

Place your email address and create a new  password.

You can now use the app to make outbound calls, check your voicemail, send and receive SMS messages, and more.
