Can someone else pick up my mail from the Virtual Office?

Yes, someone else can pick up your mail—but you’ll need to complete a notarization process first.

To begin, email the following information to support@alliancevirtualoffices.com:

  • Two forms of ID

  • Phone number

  • Email address

We’ll send you a pre-filled notarization form. You can use your own notary or request a notary through us for a $25 fee.

Once the completed notarized form is submitted, please allow one business day for processing. After that, your authorized contact can pick up your mail with valid photo ID.
